Gum Tree
Gum Tree Good Food, the go-to-store for serious foodies in Melbourne‘s inner suburbs, now open in New Street Brighton.
The goal for Gum Tree's fourth location on New Street in Brighton was to create a space that not only reflects the essence of Gum Tree but also enhances the overall shopping experience for their valued customers.
One of the key elements of the design is the emphasis on supporting local and showcasing wholesome brands. We have carefully curated the store to feature a wide range of products from local artisans and producers, highlighting the vibrant community of Brighton. The beautiful displays and thoughtfully arranged shelves create an inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery.

To elevate Gum Tree's on-site food offering, we have incorporated a larger commercial kitchen. This addition not only supports their existing food offering but also extends it, allowing customers to enjoy an expanded range of freshly prepared meals and treats. The aroma of freshly baked bread from the bakery and the array of gourmet delights in the deli section create an enticing experience for all the senses.
With a focus on functionality, we have ensured a great layout that allows for smooth navigation throughout the store. Customers can effortlessly move from section to section, easily finding what they need while being inspired by the delightful aesthetics surrounding them.
Moreover, we have designed a dedicated wine area, where customers can explore an impressive selection of carefully curated wines from around the world. This space invites wine enthusiasts to discover new and exciting flavors while providing a cozy corner for those looking to unwind and savor a glass of their favorite vintage.
Overall, the new store design for Gum Tree on New Street in Brighton is a celebration of local artisans, delicious food, and exceptional products. We are proud to have created a space that not only reflects Gum Tree's values but also provides an extraordinary shopping experience for their loyal customers.
